Each individual may hold only one registered account on Jelevo. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein, pending investigation.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jelevo login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify Jelevo support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All transactions on Jelevo are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in the cashier section. Withdrawals require completed identity verification.

By completing the registration process on Jelevo, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Jelevo Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any manner.
Jelevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account on Jelevo and to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. This age requirement is established in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Jelevo strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in that account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.
The Jelevo Platform is intended for use by eligible residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Jelevo does not accept registrations from, and does not knowingly provide services to, individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
By registering on Jelevo, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without proper authorization.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Jelevo and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and payment processors are not eligible to register as players on the Platform or to participate in any promotional offers.
To access real-money gaming features on Jelevo, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Jelevo Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If Jelevo determines that a player holds more than one account, Jelevo reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Jelevo may, at its sole discretion, return the original deposit amount after deducting any bonuses received.
Jelevo is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to provide any documentation requested by Jelevo for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Jelevo may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jelevo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Jelevo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify Jelevo support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All transactions on the Jelevo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Jelevo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
Jelevo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO (Banco de Oro), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Jelevo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.
The minimum deposit on Jelevo is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. Jelevo reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security purposes.
Withdrawal requests on Jelevo are processed subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). Verified accounts are eligible for same-day processing on withdrawals submitted before the daily processing cutoff time. Jelevo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Jelevo will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the same name as the Jelevo account holder.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Jelevo reserves the right to apply a monthly dormant account administration fee to such accounts, as specified in the cashier section of the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormant account fees are applied. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.
Jelevo may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your Jelevo account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Jelevo reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if Jelevo determines that the wagering requirements have not been met in good faith or that the bonus has been abused.
Jelevo strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, or any other conduct that Jelevo reasonably determines to constitute an abuse of its promotional system. Jelevo reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
All games available on the Jelevo Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. Jelevo is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming experiences. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed within the game information section of the Platform. By participating in any game on Jelevo, you acknowledge that game outcomes are determined by chance and that past results do not influence future outcomes.
Jelevo reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after a game event has concluded, bets placed using funds that are subject to a pending withdrawal request, or bets that Jelevo has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session on Jelevo, the Platform will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, Jelevo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. Jelevo shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original bet amount for the affected round.

All content on the Jelevo Platform, including but not limited to the Jelevo name, logo, game titles, graphics, user interface designs, software, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of Jelevo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Jelevo Platform without the prior written consent of Jelevo. Any unauthorized use of Jelevo's intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jelevo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Jelevo Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
Jelevo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jelevo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Jelevo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Jelevo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jelevo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Jelevo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Jelevo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on Jelevo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Jelevo Privacy Policy. Jelevo processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
Jelevo will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Jelevo may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
Jelevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Jelevo will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Jelevo Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and Jelevo arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent Jelevo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
